Are you ready to recharge the way you travel?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TrydaNi offers a modern, green, and exceptionally convenient way to travel without polluting the environment or emptying your wallet. As one of Wales\u2019 most exciting initiatives, with partnerships across Europe, TrydaNi provides electric car services for communities throughout Wales \u2014 including our own communities in Gwynedd! This is your opportunity to join a greener, cheaper, and more comfortable way of travelling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the Ogwen Valley Climate Action Plan, one of GwyrddNi\u2019s important actions was to secure green transport within communities, encouraging less use of private cars and creating opportunities to use community vehicles. Working together with TrydaNi enables us to put this action into practice and provide public and active transport that is easy to use while reducing carbon emissions. Joining TrydaNi is a great opportunity to continue developing GwyrddNi\u2019s local initiatives and an excellent way to help ensure a clean and sustainable future in your communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bethesda<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe Bethesda car club now has 85 members. In April, a total of 5,110 km was driven using the two cars.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are 2 comfortable electric cars available to residents of the Bethesda area. The cars are powered at Bethesda Community Library and are available to everyone \u2014 you don\u2019t need to have driven an electric car before!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Penygroes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The first electric car in Penygroes is on the way! The car will be powered at Yr Orsaf in the centre of Penygroes, so everyone will have access to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are encouraging local members to join now!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A launch night for the car will be held soon, so keep an eye out for the date and come along to see it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Innovative initiative across Wales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

TrydaNi enables thousands of people across Wales to travel in an accessible and green way, and recently they reached a milestone in Aberystwyth of over 100 active users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve gone from having two cars last year to just one family car now, using the community electric car when needed. It has also reduced stress for me and saved money!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The TrydaNi service offers friendly, attentive familiarisation sessions for members who are new to driving electric cars \u2014 you\u2019ll be confident driving an electric vehicle in no time!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TrydaNi also has a support helpline available to assist drivers across Wales, whether there\u2019s a technical issue or you just want some peace of mind. TrydaNi doesn\u2019t just care for the community \u2014 it cares for people too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
