{"id":4302,"date":"2025-01-30T15:01:57","date_gmt":"2025-01-30T15:01:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gwyrddni.cymru\/?p=4302"},"modified":"2025-02-03T10:30:10","modified_gmt":"2025-02-03T10:30:10","slug":"partneriaeth-dyffryn-peris-partnership","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gwyrddni.cymru\/en\/partneriaeth-dyffryn-peris-partnership\/","title":{"rendered":"Partneriaeth Dyffryn Peris Partnership"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the 8 overarching objectives of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gwyrddni.cymru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Gwyrdd-Ni-Dyffryn-Peris-Action-Plan_Eng.pdf\">Dyffryn Peris GwyrddNi Community Climate Action Plan <\/a>coproduced by local residents in 2023 was:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8220;Looking to establish a Community Partnership to coordinate community action, find funding, listen to the community, plan and promote and stimulate action, work with businesses, co-produce positive change and tackle climate change<\/strong> <strong>in Dyffryn Peris.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since then, a number of options have been explored, a steering group established, a Business Plan developed, a Job Description for a Development Manager written and funding arrangements for that job through the sponsorship of community councils and the company Ynni Padarn Peris are being refined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a310,000 has been secured to carry out a Local Housing Needs Assessment and to assess models, properties and possible funding for Community-led Housing.
